What makes a good Airbnb title?
You have 50 characters to convince someone scrolling through dozens of thumbnails to click yours. The listings that win clicks almost always do three things:
- Lead with the strongest hook — the hot tub, the view, the walk-to-beach location. Not "cozy" (everyone says cozy).
- Include a concrete detail — "5 min to Old Town" beats "great location" because it's verifiable.
- Signal who it's for — a family searching filters differently than a couple planning a getaway.
Avoid wasting characters on your property type alone ("Nice 2BR apartment") — guests already see beds and type in the filters. Use the space for what the filters can't show.
